🚨 Didn’t receive a reward after watching an ad? We're really sorry about that — and we’re here to help figure it out.
Sometimes rewards don’t come through due to connection issues, ad errors, or unexpected bugs. To investigate the problem, please send us the following details:
- What reward were you expecting (e.g. hint, life, bonus item)?
- What type of ad was it — a reward ad, revive ad, bonus ad, etc.?
- Did you watch the ad to the end or skip/close it early?
- Did you tap the “X” button or let it close automatically?
- What happened afterward — did the game freeze, go back to the menu, show an error?
If possible, please also send:
- A screenshot or video of the ad
- The advertiser’s name or product (shown via the “i” icon on the ad)
- A screenshot of the ad info screen (you can get it by tilting your device twice during the ad and tapping the blue icon that appears)
