🚨If an ad caused the game to freeze, crash, or behave strangely — we're really sorry! We know how frustrating that can be, and we want to fix it as quickly as possible.
To help us investigate and block the problematic ad, please send us the following:
- A screenshot or video of the ad, if possible
- The name of the ad or advertiser (you can usually find this by tapping the “i” icon on the ad)
- Did the game freeze or crash?
- Were you able to finish the ad?
- Did something go missing (like a reward or progress)?
- What action were you taking when it happened (e.g. opening a level, watching for a hint)?
- If possible, tap the ad during playback, tilt your device twice, and take a screenshot of the blue info screen that appears — it shows the ad’s full ID and source.
