If you didn’t receive a prize, please contact our support team via in-game chat or at contact@joyteractive.com, and share the following details:
- Which event or activity the reward was from
- What reward you were expecting, and for which place or achievement
- What happened when you tried to claim it
- Any screenshots you may have (event screen, leaderboard, etc.)
We’ll look into it as soon as possible and do our best to make things right. ☝️
