We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve lost your progress.
Please note that the game does not currently support cloud saving. Your progress is stored directly on your device, so deleting or reinstalling the app may result in losing everything.
If you haven’t deleted the app, and the progress was lost due to a technical issue (for example, a system glitch or a problem during an ad), our support team may be able to help.
To assist you faster, please contact us via the in-game support chat or at contact@joyteractive.com and include the following:
- What exactly happened before the progress disappeared?
- Was all your progress lost, or only progress in a specific event?
- What level were you on, and do you remember what was in your collections?
Did you make any purchases? If yes, please attach a screenshot of the receipt.
